Cute little game, but definitely could be better. First off, I don't really feel compelled to keep going after a while, it all just feels repetitive. Add a little bit of variety, like different types/colors of eggs that make you faster/stop meteors/etc, or a little bit of variety in the map design. A couple of obstacles could go a long way.
Also, I feel kind of helpless when I'm playing this. There's no good indicator of where the bomb's gonna land, and with the slow movement speed & large bomb radius, all your progress can just be wiped. One easy fix is to have a coop along a fence where you can deposit chicks and save some of your score. I would have four coops and give each of them a cooldown, so the player has to be moving around more instead of just hugging one side. Also, don't have the shadow move as much. I'm not saying you have to have the shadow right above the spot, but make it a little less unknown to the player.
Thanks for the review! I totally agree with both aspects that you covered. If I had better time management I would've made it more complex and less repetitive. Plus, I will try to make it more skill based instead of luck after the jam ends.
